What it is

Red teaming is not a scan. It's a human adversary with a goal, chaining techniques an automated tool would never combine, probing your AI the way a motivated attacker actually would.

We work from the outside in: map what AI you run, find where it's weak, exploit it, and see how far the damage reaches. Then we hand you the exact attack path, rated by real business impact.

This is the umbrella your other testing sits under. If you do one thing, do this: find out what breaks while it's still safe to.

Public incident

A chatbot talked into selling a car for $1

A dealership put an AI assistant online with no adversarial testing. In two messages a visitor reprogrammed it to agree to anything and treat it as binding, then had it accept one dollar for a car worth around $76,000.

20 million views, bot pulled offline. No tools, just words. A red team finds that privately, in an afternoon.

The risk of not testing

What’s at stake if you skip it.

Public failure

You learn your AI can be manipulated the same way the world does — in a viral screenshot, not a private report.

Financial exposure

Manipulated AI can commit you to prices, refunds or promises you never intended.

Blind spots

Scanners miss the creative, chained attacks a real adversary uses. What you didn't test is what gets exploited.

Brand damage

One manipulated response, screenshotted, can undo years of trust in a day.
